Failed to exchange watermarks....

We have several users of our act! 2007 installation synchronizing with no problems - until last week when I can no longer synchronize and I get the error indicating: "Failed to exchange watermarks....".  I have done what the KB article for this suggested which was to create a new remotedb at the server, install that one here, and then try syncing again - same error.


I have also tried actdiag and rebuilding/repairing everything but no help.


The other users of this installation are not having any problems.


Any ideas?

This could be an issue with the database user.  On the remote database, login with a different user and sync.  If it works, then you can create a new user, delete the bad user and reassign the records.
