First post here and hopfully I can get some assistance.
I'm using ACT2010 V12. I have 3 groups set up - two of these groups will be going to a external company to assist in marketing, they will then on a weekly basis provide me with a updated file for me to bring back in (thats the plan at the moment)
Exporting groups I can do but I need the History with the contact to go with it - is this possible?
Would I then be able to bring in a file (excel) on a weekly basis to update the history they have done?
Any help would be great - I've only a basic to meidum understanding of IT so please go lightly. Will consider premium plug-in if it gets the job done.

The easiest way would be to get them a license (or licenses if multiple people) for ACT! and set up remote synchronisation.

Thanks for replying Mike,
I'm not sure that's an option 1) They will have a several people and this if for a 3 month trial - it might not prove cost effective at the end. 2) Data held on the rest of our database we can't allow them access too.
I've had a look at the programmes you've recommened - do you know a price or am I just missing it?
