Exporting user defined fields

Is there any way to export user defined fields? We have remote users and I download portions of my DB and send to them for use but they never send any information back (I know this sounds counterintuitive).  I need to be able to send them my user defined fields along with layout, some reports and their portion of the DB.  We are all using ACT 2010.

Re: Exporting user defined fields

The only solution that will work without a LOT (VERY LOT) of extra work is to set up synchronization.  You can export any data from the contact list, and export to excel, but for them to import, use your layout, avoid duplicates. and avoid a lot of headaches, you need to set up sync.

Reports, laytouts, letters don't copy between non syncing databases without a lot of extra work.

You could use ACT! Premium for Web as another option.
