Exporting data fails

Hello, am using ACT! Pro 2012 Version 14.0.572.0, Hot Fix 2 on Windows 7. Have done a lookup of contacts and trying to export the contact records to a txt file (only about 300-400 records). We follow the wizard, clicking contact Records, use a map, but when we click Finish, either only some of the records are exported or the export doesn't proceed at all. Same failure occurs when exporting Company records. Have done repair/maintenance as well. Any ideas? Thanks.

You might try instead to open the list in the List view, add the columns you want and then go to Tools and Export to Excel directly from the list view
