Hello All,
I am trying to export my contact list from ACT to an Excel spreadsheet. When I hit "view all contact" the "export current list to excell" button does not work, or this option is unavailable to me. I am not sure what to do at this point. Please let me know if anyone has any helpful suggestions.

What version of ACT! r u using?
Dont you mean when you click on "Lookup" / all contacts ? You need to be in a Lookup and in List View.

Hi there
If you can let us know which version of ACT you are using, we will be able to better assist you with your problem.
Eg. If you are running Sage ACT 2011 and have not installed SP1, then this article may be helpful for you.
