Export to Exel

Why can't I export to excal. When I go under tools the export to eccel icon is shaded and won''t work.

Normally better if you include info like:

Version of ACT! (full build from help | about)?
Version of Office?
Which OS?

Are you Standard user in ACT! (or above)?

In order to use the Export to Excel function, you need to be on the LIST VIEW not the detail view.

Also, if you have upgraded your MS Office to Office 2010 and do not have ACT 2011, you will not see the option.
