Export to Excel

I am using Sage ACT! Pro 2011 Version 13.0.401.0, Hot Fix 2 and am listed as the Administrator but the Export to Excel is grayed out?

When is it greyed out?  Is it that way when you are in List View for your contacts?

I am also unable to export to Excel.

 

  • I am Administrator
  • We are in List view
  • ACT version is 2010
  • Excel Version 2010

ACT 2010 doesn't work with Excel 2010.

No. There is an addon that may work and ACT! 2011 and later works with Excel 2010.

Welcome to the Sage ACT! Community. Unfortunately, there will be no support for ACT! 2010 and Office 2010 added. However, there is currently an inexpensive third-party add-on that will allow for integration: http://www.designr1.com/shop/act-word-2010/
