Hi everyone, i was wondering if someone has some insight.?? - i get my ACT database by "restoring" a backup file from our main server ( i live in another state, we are not using syncronization at this time)
I am not able to export to excel because the button is not functional, it's shaded grey and i cannot use it... what should i do?? I followed the ACT help steps and i am logged on as an administrator, so that's not the problem.... ??? Any suggestions?? I did upgrade to Microsoft 2007 recently so i have a newer version of excel...
