For a human error we deleted a contact from our database.
After several attempts we manage to find one of the scheduled backups that could be restored (all the others were either corrupt or had logical inconsitencies).
Now, we want to export this contact, remove the restored database, attach again the current database and re-import the contact (with full notes and history).
How can this be done?

Use the Restore As command and use a different name for the restored database. Now open the restored database and find the deleted record. Using File Export you can now export the single record to the new database. The wizard is fairly easy to follow and it is the Contact that you want to export. You must be an administrator or manager in the database.

Once completed you can delete the old restored database by logging in to it and using Tools, Database Management - Delete Database. MAKE SURE YOU ARE IN THE OLD RESTORED DATABASE WHEN YOU DO THIS!
