I know this was discussed here, but that was in 2010. My client is using 2013 and this error message popped up upon attempting to open the Calendar. It's now a recurring problem. I found this Knowledge Base article here, but my client wasn't attempting to print an Address Book; she was attempting to open the Calendar. Before delving into rebuilding the Preferences file, is there anything else I could possibly do?
Just to help cover bases, too: I recently upgraded their systems from Windows XP to Windows 7 (64-bit) along with hardware upgrades that put their RAM capacities at 8 GB and 6 GB on a couple of different machines. They are running Microsoft Office 2007 Professional. The database is being hosted on Windows Server 2012 R2 Essentials.
