Hi Everyone at Sage Act 2012:
I now know who to contact at Sage Act to get great customer Service. It is Greig Hollister! I had an older version of Sage Act and tried to update to the Sage Act 2012. I could not even get signed in to the 2012 version, much less, transfer my files to the 2012 edition. My employe that set up the system was no longer with me so I did not know the password. Hence forth, Greig Hollister to the rescue. This was after 6 months of trying to get customer service to help me. Greig is a wonderful employee in that he was able to keep me cool, calm, and collected during the process. I am not usually that calm when it is technically difficult. Way to go Sage Act for having such an efficient and reliable person working for your company.
