Wonder if anyone has any ideas on this error, When the Act Address book is configured in Outlook The error “Outlook Cannot display this view” appears and then you can no longer view any of the folders such as Inbox, Sent Items, Drafts etc etc – all you see is “Error - "Outlook cannot display this view – The view cannot be found”
Works fine if Act is not integrated with Outlook.
Act 2010 Premium
*Removing Address book & Re-adding
*Removing Registry keys for Plug-in and address book details
*Running Office Diagnostics
*Archiving mail to reduce mailbox size (Now under 1.5GB)
*Re-installing Office and Act
*Re-creating the mail profile
*Selective Start-up with all non-essential systems turned off
*All exceptions added to FW and AV
*Run various office fixes supplied from Sage KB/Support
Any Ideas would be appreiciated .

What startup view are you using in Outlook?
If using Outlook Today, turn it off - http://office.microsoft.com/en-au/outlook/HA011399531033.aspx
It causes issues with most apps that connect to Outlook
Also make sure you have the latest patches and Hotfix for Office... there is a fix for a similar error in one hotfix
