I get this error message too.
Act 2009. Imported 140 groups. I went into edit a group. When this error appears, i can't do anything except force quit. If i click yes or no, it does nothing.
There is no mention of this error in the knowledge base.

The Groups were imported using a csv file. (about 154 groups)
I go through each group adding contacts. In this batch, i've had to delete about 3 groups so far due to this error.
When the error occurs, it says "act failed to save the current group, would you like to reload the group?" If i click yes, the dialog dissappers. If i click no, the dialog dissappears. If i try to close act, the error dialog re-appers. If i click anything else after that, the error comes back up. I must force a quit through the task manager.
I've tried do a database repair. error remains.
Update: if i delete the group where the error occurs, i do not have to force quit.
