Re: Error when customizing columns in list view of contacts

Hi

I had this issue which I resolved by changing my screen resolution (Windows 7) to the recommended setting of 1280x800 (recommended).

Do you have checkboxes in the contact list?  If so, take them out.  Hopefully this gets fixed soon.

Re: Error when customizing columns in list view of contacts

I had to go and delete the field and restart act, and that worked. Thank you!!!

3/11/2010

I have this same error . I alter column widths i need . Operate for a while then shut down . On rebooting the column widths have condensed and gone back to what they were.Frustrating Also customoze button brings up the error message quoted.

I run ACT 2011 Pro Windows 7 + Office 2010

Have looked at display resolution also suggested. My display is set on system recommendations 1680 x 1050  22" monitor

Hi Folks

Re my posting

suggestion worked. I took out check boxes from contacts list view . Adjusted width of columns closed down. Re opened Voilà had kept altered format as wanted
Great
Thanks
