One of our clients is having a rather unusual issue.
When we try to setup the outlook integration in Act! Pro v17 SP2 (v220.127.116.11) and MS Office 2013, we see the error message:
Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.
I did a search through the Act! KB but did not find any solutions relating specifically to this scenario.
I did find these articles that were close though:
I tried running through all the steps in these articles, but to no avail.
I have also performed a reinstallation of Act!, as well as running the quick, and full repair functions on the MS Office installation.
This issue still persists.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what might be causing this and what we need to do to resolve it?
