Having trouble gettting my act file to open up.. I tried the deletion of the CustomMacros.ser and DependentDlls.xml
per the tech support email - but to no avail. Can someone help on this?
I am not able to open my ACT file at all.. shall I reinstall?

Use the section titled "Alternate Method: Manually Delete Preferences" in the following article, to remove all preference files, then open ACT! to test: KB Article 14770
