Error: "Resolution of the dependency failed.." opening ACT! 2012

Went to open my Act 2012 program (just like always) and got this AMAZING error: what the heck????????? ANYONE?????? Can't open the program!!!!!(yes, rebooted..........)

Act "Evangelist" is right!!!! Took a few tries but finally got it...whew!!!
