ACT Pro version 16
We recently upgraded to version 16. When I sign on at my workstation, I get the the "add serial number" so I added the serial number which is for 2 copies. I can access from my workstation.
when I use remote desktop connection to access ACT, I get Error "Object is currently in use elsewhere".
How can I correct this?

Hi Mona, to access the Windows Event Viewer do the following:
*Click on the start menu
*Right Click "Computer" and choose "Manage" from the dropdown menu
*Under system tools on the left, you should be able to see Event Viewer
*Click the + beside Event Viewer to see the different Logs, check Application and System Ones first, have a look at the Security one as well
* anything of interest should be marked with a Red X, anything that might be worth checking will have a yellow triangle with an ! on it.

The error went away but seems to crop up now and again with big red "X" across the top of the screen and ACT crashes. Then I close out all my apps and restart the machine and then ACT is good as new. Do you think this is a memory issue?
