I even backed out MS KB960715 (which came out 2/12/09 and impacts ACT and other Visual Basic apps).
I do not want to run without Word as the email editor (as this causes other fallout).
When I open an email draft in Outlook 2003, try to Reply to an email in Outlook, or Create a new email, I get the error. I just close the error and continue with no problem. But obviously, it's time-consuming and irritating to do this for every email operation.
To be clear, in the error window I get:
Library not registered. (Exception from HRESULT:0x8002801D (TYPE_E_LIBNOTREGISTERED))
Thank you for any solution that Sage can devise. I love ACT but neet to move smoothly with it.

Hello paintcrazy,
Was it working on the computer before? Did you have another version of Microsoft Office on the computer before? Try running a detect and repair from Word by going to the Help menu.
