Hi, I am running Windows 7, 64 bit, HP Pavilian. I've been using Act Pro 2011 for over a year, my data is backed up on Carbonite. On Monday this week ART not open. I received the following error message "The Databas Contacts could not be accessed" It also mentioned something about a network and a firwall. I have no network.
It seemed that the program had disappeared so I thought I needed to re-install the program. That didn't work it only wanted to remove the program.
I looked at the other listings; but, then did not help, only confused me.
