Here's our scenario.
We've got ACT 2010 networked with 3 licensed PC's. 2 Windows 7 and one Windows XP. The database is shared.
We've tried both attachment error remedy's in KB article on the subject. Permissions and file associations are set.

You can verify if this is a Windows user or computer specific issue by:
- Have the 'problem' Windows user sign onto one of the other machines and test. Does the issue follow the user?
- Have a different Windows user sign onto the 'problem' machine and test. Does the issue persist?
