ACT! by Sage Premium 2010 Version 126.96.36.199, Hot Fix 1
One remote user when clicking on the Groups button gets an error and you must close the application to proceed. The error details are as follows:
System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at Act.Outlook.Service.Shared.EmailMessageInfo.PopulateMessageInfo(String fileName, IEmailMessageInfo emailMessageInfo, ISynchronizeInvoke synchronizingObject) at Act.Outlook.Service.Shared.QuickAttachDlg.LoadNotAttachedFileToList(ILogHandlerServiceEntry entry)
I have removed and reinstalled ACT. I have created a new remote database. The problem persists. Any suggestions to what is missing here? After the reinstall I get a slightly different screen; the expandable tree view in the left pane is now taking up the entire workspace where you would normally see the group detail info.
