Error on Launch

Running Act 10.0.199 (the most recent updated version), and I'm getting this error on launch

ActSage.Exe - Application Error
 
The application failed to initialize properly (0xc000007b).  Click on OK to terminate the application.

 
This happens on login, as I'm assuming it's attempting to load a plugin and can't access Actsage.exe.

It shouldn't be related to a plugin... if one throws an error on start-up ACT! will gracefully unload it and go about it's business.
 
Did you just install or was it previously working?
 
Do you have anything useful in your log?  C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\ACT\ACT for Windows 10\actlog.xml
 
How about in your system/application Event Logs?
