With ACT support taking over my computer today we updated my preferences. Now when I open and close ACT I get a box that says "Specified argument was out of the range of valid values."
Any suggestions would be appreciated

I have a customer who get has this issue.
Missing multiple Items from the DB in ACT. Gets this error when using ACT and Outlook.
Error: Specified argument was out of range of valid values.
Looks like the program named Double Look is causing the issue. The Error looks to be directly related to Outlook and ACT\Double Look Addin.
When the Sync function in Double Look is turned off, per user he does not get the error.
