I operate Act v 9.0. Whenever I delete a contact from the database I always get an error message which says: ERROR, the application has encountered an error & has been shut down. Then the program shuts down. It does, however, delete the contact that I attempted to delete but now I have to start up ACT all over again. Can anyone help me? Thanks, Mark

Welcome to the Sage ACT! Community. If you are using ACT! 2007, this error is likely to occur if you have removed the History tab or another primary tab from your contact layout. Please see KB Article 20104 for more information.
Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
