We are using Act version 9, and it has been unable to connect due to the above error. Does anyone know how to correct this? This is not a Word error. We are using the database in outlook. I am Desperate!!!

Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
