We recently changed Internet Service Providers from a company called Cbeyond to Cox Commuinications. When we disconnect the cable from the Cbeyond modem and pug in the Cox cable from the Cox modem, we get the Error message that the database could not be accessed. The database is on my computer and it works fine but the two other computers in our office that are on a wireless network are not able to access the database even though they can see my computer as part of the network and can go straight to the path that the database is on. How do we fix this problem?

Your issue may be that the different connection isn't able to translate the computer name for the host computer, here is an article with instructions for using the IP address (last option in list): KB Article 19640
If that does not resolve your issue, work through the other pertinent steps within the article.
