I have Act V10 for 2 workstation network.
The server is on Windows 2003 and 2 users on the Windows XP For one of my users.
For one of my users:
when he do a report, he have a error message: “Object reference not set to an instance of an object”.
When he arrive on the second page of Opening Print Preview.
I use the procedure in the knoledgebase: Error: "Object Reference: Not set to an instance of an object." When Opening Print Preview.
But the problem is the same.
Have you got an idea?

I have ever tested this solution, but I have a problem.
This solution propose 3 tests who is:
- Database Personal Files directed to Network folder
- Duplicate Contact in the Lookup
- Damaged Contact Record
For the last point, i don't understand how i can find the damaged record.
I have the message when I do a report since the last week,
I Have the message error for 3 last days,
and it's the same for the today.
How can I looking for the Damaged Contact record?
