Do you believe this error is related to ACT!? What version of ACT! do you have? And what operating system? Office 2013 is currently not supported with ACT!.
Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.

We now have a product that will help ACT! work with MS Office 2013!

I'm unable to determine which update you are trying to apply, but here are the updates available for ACT! 2013:
Hot Fix for v15.0.301: KB Article 30990
Service Pack update (includes Hot Fixes for 15.0): KB Article 32103
Note: None of these updates include 'compatibility with Office 2013'. While ACT! 2013 should work with Office 2013, it has not been fully tested and there are still a few outstanding issues preventing it from being considered 'compatible'.

Thanks, for the quick response.
I've tried all three
This update does not apply to this version of ACT...
I've tried running it as the administrator same thing.

Please see your Private Notes for a link to download the full Sage ACT! 2013 Pro install files, which include the Service Pack 1 update.
You will need to uninstall the current program before installing with the download. There will be no updates to apply after this install.

SAME ISSUE HERE
Same problem here with "value does not fall within the expected range".
This occurs immediately upon outlook's successful boot..
Using Office 13 & Sage Act 2013.
My database is tiny tiny... I've only started using Sage for 5 months (created with sage 2011 first)
So I don't really know why this happening.
Thanks for any help given, it's a tad annoying as one doesn't expect brand new Office 13 and Sage Act 2013 to burp when they interact!

BTW I'm trying all the hotfixes & SP1 - fingers crossed.
A link posted above points to https://www.designr1.com/shop/office-2013-pack/
I was going to purchase that - but realised the DATESTAMP on the page to be Oct 2010 (2 1/2 years ago)... is this just a datestamp error?
