My computer just went through the latest major Windows 10 update to version 1803. I have Act Pro v 220.127.116.11 Update 4. Even after rebooting a couple of times I keep getting the Error Accessing Database: The database xxx could not be accessed... message. I made sure the SQL Server (ACT7) is running but I still get the error message. I have not been able to run Act since this Windows update.

Close Act, then:
1. On your keyboard, press the Windows key + R to bring up the Run dialog box
2. In the Run dialog box, type services.msc, then press Enter
3. Scroll down to and right-click SQL Server (ACT7), then choose Properties
4. Choose Restart or Start
