Somebody please help:
When I click on my email address in the contact page or try to email via templates I get the error:
"Value cannot be null. Parameter Name: Type"
I have reset my computer, the server, the network all to no avail.
I am using ACT 2011 Version 18.104.22.168.hotfix1

Can you provide some additional information about your issue:
- What is the operating system of the computer?
- Have you integrated Sage ACT! with Outlook? What version of Outlook?
- If running Vista or Windows 7, try the 'Run as administrator' option. To do this: close Sage ACT!, right click Sage ACT! icon, select 'Run as administrator', test email.
- Rebuild damaged Sage ACT! preference files: see the 'Alternative Option: Manually Rebuilding Preferences' section of following article: KB Article 14770
