Our old computer went bye-bye. We had Best Buy back up our old files and settings. We bought a new computer running WIndows Vista. I re-installed the ACT disc. The problem is I can not get my database (Located on the desktop in a file) to open in ACT. IT is giving me an error message say to check the network connection and security software, etc. I have tried to open the database from the new computer and from our laptop that is running Windows XP and get the same message. Can anyone help me be able to open this database atleast long enough to print out my contacts and records? PLEASE HELP!
