We recently updated from ACT 6 to ACT 2011. ACT 6 was a highly customized shared database, with about 70 Word templates associated with it. Everything worked fine in ACT 6, but since upgrading from ACT 6 to ACT 2011 we have experienced an error message when trying to write to a template. The error message is "The Variable Name Already Exist!" We have tried to recreate the template and it works fine until we make a change in the template, then we start getting the error message again. Any suggestions?

The solution is to find the "field" that is capitalized, highlight, right click, select "Font" and uncheck "All caps"!
