Error Message when opening ACT / will not create appointments past the month of March 2012

Whenever I open ACT I receive the following error message:

 

Invalid recur spec. Monthly named-day pattern with no Modifier.  Also, I just tried to create an appointment in April 12 and in May 2012 and nothing occurs. 

 

I have had nothing but trouble with this software since I purchased it 38 days ago.  Now my support has expired and they want me to pay for support!  I too sell products and services and I know for sure I sould not be in business if I only offered support for 30 days.

 

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks

Welcome to the Sage ACT! Community. Does this error also occur when you open the demo database (ACT2012Demo)? Do you have Google calendar integration set up with your ACT! database?
