Whenever I open ACT I receive the following error message:
Invalid recur spec. Monthly named-day pattern with no Modifier. Also, I just tried to create an appointment in April 12 and in May 2012 and nothing occurs.
I have had nothing but trouble with this software since I purchased it 38 days ago. Now my support has expired and they want me to pay for support! I too sell products and services and I know for sure I sould not be in business if I only offered support for 30 days.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
