This is what happened. I had to restore my database. I used the "Restore As" function and renamed the database. I enabled sync, and created a new sync set. When Trying to create a remote database I keep getting the same error message. We are using ACT! by Sage 2009 (11.0) Version 220.127.116.117

Welcome back to the ACT! Online Community. It looks like you are using Windows Vista or Windows 7, so this error may be caused by User Account Control (UAC). Please see the appropriate Knowledgebase article below to disable UAC:
If this does not resolve, then you may to enable and log into Windows under the built-in administrator account. Instructions are in this KB article:
