It has worked fne for a week with zero errors, today I am suddenly receiving two sets of error messages when I try to open a template which is set to open in Word 2013...again zero issues before today, no new software or istallions have taken place.
I am starting to get extremely frustrated with ACT...this version presents something new everyday you have to concur, I have lost two hours of work today trying to solve these two errors with no luck. Any and all help is appreicated!

I think that's usually a printer driver issue. Try changing your default printer to something else.
