Error Message "Only list Values"

I saw that my Company drop down had disappeared.  I went into the Define Fields to change it, but I must have messed something up as I cannot move around the database or even close ACT!  The message says "Only list values are allowed for Company, please select a value from the list".  There is no list to select from and I cannot get into the Define Fields anymore.  Any suggestions would be grately appreciated.

Go to Task Manager and end the ACT program and then restart ACT!

This should get you back into ACT! without a problem.
