Error Message in Scheduling Activities for Other Users

I am trying to schedule activities for another user in ACT 2006 v. 8.  I have been at it for hours and keep getting this error message:

The logged in user has not been granted sufficient access level to edit or insert activities on behalf of the specified organizer.  Level granted is View and Edit is required.

I have granted the other user access to my calendar and he has granted me access to edit and view his as well.  I have tried everything I can think of, but the moment I try to schedule an activity for anyone other than myself, that's what I get.  I get a drop down box with his name but I still can't do it.

There are three users.  Both of us are remote databases.

jenb933,

What security roles are the users in the database?

Re: Error Message in Scheduling Activities for Other Users

I do not know why but it's now functioning correctly.  I am able to schedule without any errors now.  Thank you so much for responding to my request for help.

Sincerely,
