Can you provide some additional information:
- what version of ACT! are you running?
- what steps/function are you performing when the message occurs?

I am using Act 2010
version 188.8.131.52 Hotfix 1
It just pops up for no reason at all. I am not even in the application although is is up and running in the background. However, at the same time I get the memory error, I also get the error below.
"Act.Outlook.Service has stopped working"

This is most likely due to a an email(s) stuck in the Act! History Queue - unable to attach it/them to a contact and continuing to attempt to attach.
