We use ACT 6 - v. 18.104.22.168. and out of the blue we are unable to attach documents or any emails to our database. What suggestions does anyone have. It seems to be in relationship to the attachments file??

Thanks for the reply. We have infact fixed the problem - it was a shared database and it was happening with all users. We renamed the attachments folder as (old) and did re-installed the attachments folder -it must of been a bug in that folder. It now works, and we only really lost four days use....

Ops - I spoke too soon..... we are back to the problem again.... the fix only lasted two days and now we don't have a backup to re-instate the attachments file.... this is such a pain.... anybody have any further ideas that would be much appreicated.
