I am using ACT! by Sage 2010 Version 220.127.116.11, Hot Fix 1.
My operating system is Windows 7.
I am using Outlook 2007 with Microsoft Outlook Hotmail Connector.
In the past 5 days or so, I have gotten the above error message everday; the service then shust down; although AVT & Outlook continue to run, email messages are not being added to my ACT Contact history.
I have done a backup and removed history & activities older than 120 day, and the problem persists.
Can you tell me how to resolve this problem?

Since the service is starting, running for a while, then stopping - it could be due to antiv-virus software or possibly an email item it isn't able to complete.
