Go ahead and attach the screenshot here on the forum for other users as well. The way to do that is when you reply to a post, rght below it you'll see a place to browse for an attachment. Browse to the file and submit the reply and it will attach to the post.
Try importing the key I've attached to this response using the following steps:
1. Close ACT and all Office products 2. Save the zip file to your desktop 3. Unzip the file to your desktop 4. Double click on the reg file / click yes, then ok 5. Open Outlook and go to Help/Detect and Repair 6. Launch ACT and test.
