Problem occurred without warning, suspiciously on first startup after a Windows Vista update.
On system start up - 1) Hook Fail! c:\programfiles\hewlett.packard\hp quick touch\hpkboapp . . .
2) ACT! by Sales has stopped working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if there is a solution
On ACT! launch - 1) CLR Error: 80004005, the program will now terminate
