Entering a Building in your database, so that it is filed by the suite #

The Building Name = Company Name
Business Address1 = Suite # - Street Name ex: 1 - 2181 Main Street
                                                                            2 - 2181 Main Street

Would this sort out the suites in the contact base by the suite # numerically?
If a Name were to be added to the Contact Data, would the contact list then be filed alphabetically?

Is there anyway a contact page can be rigged, so that a suite # will supercede in importance the name of the occupant?

The reason for this request is that people come and go but the municipal address remains the same; thereby saving data entry when someone moves out.

Any suggestions?

Just quickly, i suggest you add new fields to your current lay out. one for "suite #" and one for  building name if needed. then add them to the particular lay out you use.
when sorting you can sort by either field or if searching, same thing.
then go to contact list view and customize the columns by adding the new fields and moving them to the top of the list so they are the first items you see (or as you need to see them. Sort by clicking the column of the field you want to see.
