Just quickly, i suggest you add new fields to your current lay out. one for "suite #" and one for building name if needed. then add them to the particular lay out you use.
when sorting you can sort by either field or if searching, same thing.
then go to contact list view and customize the columns by adding the new fields and moving them to the top of the list so they are the first items you see (or as you need to see them. Sort by clicking the column of the field you want to see.
