I have installed Act on a couple of servers, and configured remote databases on some systems, configured act syn and whatnot.
The issue i have is that, although these servers are on 24/7, they do from time to time go down. Obviously, when the server goes down and restarts it doesnt open up Act and log in and set the incoming sync server again.
Is there anyway that i could set the sync server to work with the act database so that should a server ever need to restart, this service will work upon start up, rather than waiting for someone to start act, log in to the database and enable the incoming sync???

The premium version of ACT! come with sync services that do not require the host machine to have ACT! open.
Regardless accept incoming syncs should remain active despite the server being shut down, if you need to recheck it each restart some type of security software is likely affecting it.
