Enable Act 2014 to Outlook 2013

I have of recent not been able to see that part of ACT is connected to Outlook. 


What is missing is the ability to click on an icon to add the contact in the current eMail to Act. 


Also, I do have eMail Connect installed, but in the past that had not been a problem.


Other parts of Act do work such as a pop-up to schedule a meeting when accepted in Outlook and the Outlook eMail dialogue when sending an eMail from Act,


Any suggestion on how to get it back?

John, The capability to handle this requirement is now in the Add-ins Tab in Outlook 2013.  Check the Options - Add-Ins  Settings in Outlook to ensure that the ACT! Outlook Addin has been enabled.  There have been instances where either  Outlook Updatesor an Antivirius Setting has disabled the Addin.

all the points mentioned above are correct, only if you do not see the plugin, you may have installed office after act was installed. in that case you may have to uninstall/reinstall ACT so that the right plugins for office2013 will Be installed.
