Our organization has a sales employee that works from home the majority of the time and utilizes ACT 2009/11.0 for contact managment. We meet weekly and I download a copy of her ACT file for review. What I would like to do is be able to run a report and determine who they have contacted, when they contacted them, etc, just to get a gauge on how productive they are being.
Is there a way to run a report or view this information to determine or analyzie productivity.
Your help and advice is greatly appreciated.
