Employee Activity / Performance Tracking



Our organization has a sales employee that works from home the majority of the time and utilizes ACT 2009/11.0 for contact managment.  We meet weekly and I download a copy of her ACT file for review.   What I would like to do is be able to run a report and determine who they have contacted, when they contacted them, etc, just to get a gauge on how productive they are being. 


Is there a way to run a report or view this information to determine or analyzie productivity.


Your help and advice is greatly appreciated.

It depends on how the sales person is recording his activity in ACT! (scheduling activities, creating notes or histories, etc..).  You may want to look at the dashboards or reports under the Reports menu.
