Can you provide a little more detail to your issue:
- What version of ACT! are you running?
- Do you have ACT! integrated with Outlook and your Earthlink account? Or are you using the ACT! Internet Email option?
- Are you sending the email from within ACT!? (clicking on an email address)
- Are these incoming emails that you cannot locate within the database?
- By "can't find them" > are you referring to being unable to locate them in a contact's History tab?
