I'm also having the same problem. My ISP is Cox. My emails are stuck in the outbox. Have tried the workaround suggested, ALSO to no avail. Has anyone had success with using cox internet email in ACT?

The problem is apparently not solved. I bought ACT just recently and keep running into this problem. Emails with attachments get stuck more easily than those without.
There's no problem with my Internet provider (COX) as I confirmed that the program does not work with other providers either.
I just talked to a sales person at Sage who told me that
a) he has never heard of the problem (WHAT???), and
b) email functionality is exactly the same from ACT 2011 and ACT 2012, so an upgrade won't solve the problem either.
Does anyone have advice on what to do? Thanks.
