Emails not recorded as attachments

I have ACT 2011 on Windows 7, using Outlook 2010 and Act Email Editor as my email platform. When sending email, I want to have the email sent attached to the record as an attachment so the text of the email doesn't clutter up the history. Any way to do this in 2011? Past versions of ACT you could.

You would set these options in Tools / Preferences under the Email set-up wizard.

Yeah, I tried that. Since I applied a hotfix it doesn't have the option to put the body of the email as an attachment.

It is definitely an issue that occurs when you install Service Pack 1. Remove Service Pack 1 to resolve the issue. Hopefully Sage hears this and fixes it!
